When you hear those sounds, you're probably pretty close to Neo in Chicago. Every 2nd and last Sunday of every month is Carnal night which is themed to kinky tunes and fetishistic subjects. Or roundabout. You get it.
At any rate, it's pretty fun and the Neo crowd is always a good time. I went to the last Carnal night and it was, indeed, enjoyable.
